Dear Chaparral Baseball Families:

We have been planning the first annual Chaparral charity golf tournament called The Chaparral Diamond Classic.  The tournament will take place on May 19th at Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Club with a shotgun start at 7:30am.  Things are going well and we’re starting to gain some momentum with players and sponsors.  We have room for 108 golfers and 18 hole sponsors in total. We are currently at 60 golfers registered and 7 hole sponsors. This is a great event for Chaparral Baseball because all of the money goes back to the program. It’s also a great time for families, coaches, fans and friends to gather and celebrate the baseball season and efforts made by the coaches and players!

We have an ask from the Chaparral Baseball Family. We are still looking for hole sponsors and players to join. We have attached the flyer for sponsorship opportunities and the website for golf/sponsor registration (below). Please take a look and see if you can think of anyone who might benefit from a sponsorship opportunity. We all know someone who is self-employed, owns a store, business or restaurant. This is a great advertising opportunity, chance to be present in the community and support local youth sports. The hole sponsor options come with tremendous benefits. We’ll do our best to highlight and showcase all of our dedicated sponsors and their partnership with Chaparral Baseball. Both golfers and sponsors can sign up at the link below.

Please take a moment and look through all of the information on the registration link above.  We are constantly updating it with new sponsors, pictures, and information so check back often!!  We are really excited to reach that 108 golfer mark so please share with family and friends!  PLEASE NOTE: Golfers & sponsors need to be signed up by May 10th so that we can get a final count to Eagle Bend.

Lastly – we are requesting about 8-10 volunteers that can help us with setup and check-in on the morning of the tournament.  It will be an early morning – but if you’re able to help we would appreciate it!  Please email Trip Humphrey triphumphrey@yahoo.com and let him know you’d like to volunteer or if you have any questions about registration, etc.
