Chaparral Baseball Families and Friends-

We are in need of sponsors for our upcoming Chaparral Baseball Golf Tournament on Sunday, May 19th at Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Club! This event has potential to raise a lot of money for the baseball program. We're doing a great job already raising money and the proceeds from this Inaugural Chap Baseball Golf Tournament will help us both now and in the future. We’re asking you, as members of the Chaparral Baseball Family to think about and reach out to any business who might benefit from such an event. 

Do you know anyone who is self-employed, owns a company in Parker, or has a job in community relations? These people could be a big help for the baseball program and the charity golf tournament while also helping their company. 

We've sold a few hole sponsors so far to mortgage, real estate, insurance, HVAC and, exterior (roofing and siding) companies.  Thus, do you know anyone like that or other potential businesses who would benefit from the tax deduction and recognition. 

Those companies might include:  Audio/Visual, IT & Computer, Photography, Law Practices, Golf Course and Companies, Golf Simulators, Restaurants, Spa's, Salons, Gym's/Training, Medical Practices or Dental and Ortho…

These sponsors can see a mutual benefit from this event and their donation.  They receive: A tax deduction, 4 tee times, range balls & lunch, advertising on the hole they purchase, ability to reach 100+ new families through direct advertising, 4 baseball hats, logo and advertising on the banner at Eaton Field all spring, summer and fall.
