Winter workouts week 2

Here's the updates for week 2:

Monday Jan  16:  No school = no practice 

Tuesday Jan 17: 5:00am practice; 4:00 lift - Seniors and freshmen start your lift at 4:00; Sophs and Juniors start at 4:30

Thurs Jan 19: 5:00am practice; same lifting schedule as Tuesday

Friday Jan 20: 5:00am practice

Saturday Jan 21: 6:00am bullpens for the Tues/Friday pitchers AND catchers.  I will put out a schedule later in the week as to what time each pitchers is throwing; 9:00am lift all players.
