9th/10th grade schedules; Addition to our winter workout program

See the attached documents for the schedules for the 9th grade and 10th grade teams.

For winter workouts - we are adding a separate lifting session to the program rather than including it in our morning workouts.

Starting January 12th, we will have lifting sessions from 4:15pm-5:15pm every Tue/Thurs as well as Saturday mornings for all players from 9:00am-10:00am. On Saturdays if we're outside practicing we won't lift. 

Starting on January 26th, the Tues/Thurs times will move to 3:00pm-4:00pm until February 25th
