It's been a while since we've sent an update and we have a lot going on so please read thorougly:)

The season is in full swing and we love the enthusiasm around each team this year! We can’t wait to start playing some league games.  

Volunteer Opportunity:

We are currently in need of a snack shack coordinator. You will be the liaison between the snack shack volunteers and the Diamond Club. Duties include collection funds for deposits, making sure each team has change, inventory, shopping, and answering any questions that might come up. This does not need to be a one-person job if we have a few people who would like to work together on this we encourage you both to reach out. Text Joan @ 303-886-5876

Snack Shack

First and foremost. Thank you to the anonymous donors of the Blackstone Grill! The burgers and dogs have been a huge success and we appreciate your generosity. 

Wow! We did not expect this volume of sales we have had this past week.  Please be patient as we figure out what products we need to stock as well as the amount of change needed for each shift.  Who knew every customer wants to pay with a $20!  The players are one of our top customers so we apologize in advance for spoiling any appetites before dinner:)

Monkey Sports:

Final #’s are in and we exceeded all expectations.  Our team total was $9039.47!  Coach DiGo enjoyed spending the entire amount raised ($451.98) on much needed game balls. Great job everyone.

We are compiling pictures for a slide show, which will be presented at the banquet as well as posted on social media. We need your help.  Please take pictures or video at your games and text them to Joan 303-886-5876. If no pictures are taken and sent, we may have kids who are not featured in the slide show. This is not a favoritism thing it’s a logistical thing. So please send pictures.

Friday, May 6 - 4:00 pm – Senior Night/BBQ – Join us at the game as we honor our senior players. A BBQ for seniors and their families will follow.

Sat., May 14 - 2 pm – First Alumni Game/BBQ – Details coming soon!

Tues. May 17 - 6:00 pm – End of year banquet – Heritage Eagle Bend Club House – We will have a short program followed by dinner and awards.
