Congratulations on making the Chaparral Baseball team! We are excited for a new season and this talented group of young men.
Ahead of the parent meeting tomorrow we wanted to make sure you knew what to expect, and what you will need.
***March 3rd @ 5:45-8 pm in the Chap Cafeteria. (drinks, desert, pizza and pasta from Lil’ Ricci’s)
5:45-6:30 Check in, pay dues, place fan package orders and dinner
6:30-7:15 Coach DiGiosio (Head Varsity Coach) and Joe Cordo (Diamond Club President) present details about the upcoming season.
7:15-8:00 Break out to meet your new teammates, coaches and cover team info.
We also need volunteers to help with Thursday nights events. Please click HERE for the link and details.
**There will be four tables set up representing each grade level, NOT the team you made. Once you arrive please go to the marked table for the grade level your player is in. At the table you will hand in your completed registration forms, Fan Club Packages selections, and pay your player dues (all forms are attached) (see below for fan club pricing and pictures). The volunteers at the table will be collecting checks (preferred), cash or Venmo @chap-baseball.
We ask that you print and complete the attached registration forms and bring them to the meeting. Please print legibly J. We will have a very limited number of spare registration forms at the meeting.
Cost Breakdown:
Player Fees - $350 per player
Snack Shack Debit Card: (Optional) $10-50 per player (This is a credit to the snack shack for each player. They can use this credit anytime the snack shack is open). We will be serving hamburgers, brats, protein shakes and other healthy options so this will be nice for the boys to be able to grab something after practice.
Yard Sign: $20 per player (If you need two please make that indication on the form)
Fan Club Packages: Attached forms if you wish to purchase. (These packages are exclusive to the Diamond Club and we highly recommend you order at this time to receive everything in a timely manner.)
