We wanted to send a quick note about the Mandatory Parent and Player Meeting taking place after teams are announced. As a reminder the meeting is on March 3 @ 5:45-8 pm (updated time) in the Chap Cafeteria. (pizza and pasta)  

5:45-6:15  Check in, make payments, and place orders
6:15- 7:00 Dinner (pizza, pasta, salads, drinks and dessert)  
7:01-8:00 Coach DiGiosio and Joe Cordo present details about the year. Break out to meet your coaches and go over team info.

There will be four tables set up representing each grade level, NOT the team you made. You will check in at the table of the grade level your player is in. At this table you will pay your player fees, as well as the ability to choose any of the Fan Club Packages (see below for pricing and attachments for pictures) if you choose to purchase one. The volunteers at the table will collect a check, cash or Venmo from you for the following items. . 

Player Fees - $350 per player

Snack Shack Debit Card (Optional)  - $10-50  per player (This is a credit to the snack shack for each player. They can use this credit anytime the snack shack is open). We will be serving hamburgers, brats, protein shakes and other healthy options so this will be nice for the boys to be able to grab something after practice. 

Yard Sign - $20  per player (If you need two please make that indication on the form)

Fan  Club Packages (Pictures attached)(These packages are exclusive to the Diamond Club and we highly recommend you order at this time to receive everything in a timely manner.)

Please have an idea what you plan to purchase before the meeting. The lines go much faster if everyone knows the options and which direction they want to go in.
