PARENT MEETING

We will have our parent meeting after practice next Wednesday, Aug 19, at 6:00 out at the field.  Please make sure that at least 1 parent in your household is present.  I will go over some things that we expect out of our players and requests that we have from the parents.  Our booster club representatives will also briefly touch on what they need from our parent group to get the season started.  There will be opportunities for you to volunteer for different annual events that we have planned!   However, as important as these events are to the girls and our program, if they don't get covered, they don't need to happen.  My hope is that every household finds a few ways to be involved rather than relying on a few.  I will post information here next week prior to the meeting so as to not be handing out pieces of paper.  And yes, masks and spacing will be required outside.  

WHITE TEAM TSHIRTS

I have lots of the team tshirts that the girls came home with yesterday for sale. There are a few women's smalls and mediums with the shorter sleeves remaining. I have some youth XL as well. The rest are adult sizes S, M, L, XL.   $15 each. Cash or check made out to Chaparral Softball.

Regional tournament has been eliminated. 16 teams advance to a 1 day state tournament Oct 10. The 9 league champs get automatic bids. The remaining 7 will be based on final RPI standings.
