Dear Chaparral Baseball Families,
The Chaparral Athletic Department will be hosting its 13th Annual Silent Auction Fundraiser on March 6th at Heritage Eagle Bend. Please mark your calendars and look forward to more information to come. Our baseball program will benefit directly based on the items we can sell at the auction, so it is important to make a group effort for a successful fundraiser.
- Each player’s family is asked to donate an item in value of $30+ toward a basket for Auction. Families may gather together to create a themed basket. For example: “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” may include donated Rockies tickets, bleacher chairs, a YETI cooler, Chaparral Baseball Spirit wear, a gift certificate to a sports bar, etc. While creating a theme with others is not required, it is helpful. The items donated also do not need to relate to baseball; please be as creative as you’d like! You may also give a cash donation so we can purchase and fill in baskets as we need (please text us for a Venmo link or address to send a check). Finally, you may prefer to gather items by asking for a donation from a store/restaurant you frequent. Please let us know if you would like a hard copy of the Taxable deduction form and information regarding the auction for businesses.

- In addition, if you own or work for a company that may be interested in being a corporate sponsor, please let us know. We would love to be a way to generate support of your business with over 400 attendees.
