A few things

A busy first week is in the books! Thank you to everyone who attended our meeting on Thursday night. Also thank you to our Diamond Club for organizing the field work day today as well as all of you who came out in the cold to get some work done! I am extremely grateful and lucky to have so many dedicated parents, players and coaches in our program!

A few things to make sure everyone is aware of:  First one is a uniform item - we wear navy blue or red sleeves under our uniform. AND we wear them as a team. Meaning either the entire team wears red or the entire team wears navy blue. Not black, grey, white or any other color.

Along those same lines, batting helmets should be navy blue or red. Lower levels preferably navy blue.

Start times for team practices and games - when at all possible, players should be early as opposed to showing up right at the designated start time.  A good rule of thumb is 10-15 minutes early. Players - this is your responsibility.

Eligibility starts this week. Reports will be run Tuesday.

SNAP fundraiser was started at 9:30 this morning. We have already surpassed the $2000 mark!!  All players should be sending out their minimum of 20 emails asap.  The fundraiser will run for 28 days.

As a result, we will now be getting a charter bus for the trip to Coors Field for the game vs Arapaho on Thursday, March 14!  AND, it will be a 2 way bus.  All players are encouraged to attend. They will be excused from school for the day. Details will be sent out as we get closer to the event.

Lastly, Monday and Tuesday practices are as follows:

Monday - Varsity/JV 5:15am at Chap; 9/10 4:30pm-6:00pm inside at Chap

Tuesday - Varsity /JV 6:00pm-7:30pm inside at Chap; 9/10 5:15am at Chap.

The rest of the week will be figured out by Tuesday at some point.

Thanks everyone. GO CHAP!
